About Julie

Julie is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach at knownwell, where she has been inspiring clients to achieve their health and lifestyle goals since February 2024. With a strong foundation in evidence-based wellness coaching, motivational interviewing, and holistic health strategies, Julie is committed to empowering individuals to create sustainable habits that align with their personal goals. She joined Knownwell to contribute to a mission-driven team that emphasizes personalized care and fostering overall well-being. Passionate about community engagement, Julie also teaches young children how to prepare simple, nutrient-dense meals, instilling a love for healthy eating at an early age.

Education: Earned a BS in Biology from the University of Michigan and a Master’s in Education.
